Lawrence G. Rebman is the founding partner of Rebman & Associates, LLC. Larry has 10 years of trial experience during which he has represented plaintiffs in employment, workers compensation, personal injury litigation, breach of contract litigation. litigation of disability pension denial. litigation of multi-party Fair Labor Standards Act; litigation of state and Federal Title VII Sexual Harassment cases; Representation of employees in Workers’ Compensation fraud case, Representation of clients in administrative hearings before the Public Employee Relations Board of Kansas, representation of employees in hearings before various civil service commissions and grievance boards.

After receiving a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Missouri, Larry attended the University of Missouri Kansas City School of Law. While at UMKC Larry was President of the Delta Theta Phi Legal Fraternity. During Law School Larry interned in the Missouri Attorney General’s Office and clerk for Jay Nixon in Jefferson City. Following law school Larry worked as an Assistant Attorney General. While an Assistant Attorney General, Larry was appointed as a special prosecutor and General Counsel to Director of the Department of Public Safety, the Police Officer Safety and Training Commission, the State Fire Marshall's Office, the State Board of Registration for the Healing Arts, and the Nursing Home Administrators’ Board.

Larry is a card-carrying member of Labors Local 663 and represents The Kansas City Police Officer’s Association, Western Missouri Regional Lodge 50, Leavenworth Police Officers Association and The Fort Hays State University Chapter of the American Association of University Professors. Larry is also an Adjunct Graduate Professor for Argosy University teaching courses in Education Law.

Larry is licensed in Missouri and Kansas as well as the United States District Courts for the Western District of Missouri and Kansas. Larry is a member of the Missouri Bar, Kansas Bar, Missouri Trial Attorneys Association and Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association.

Larry resides in Kansas City, Missouri, with his wife Shellie, their son George.


Michelle A. Rebman has 12 years trial experience during which she practiced in the areas of Personal Injury, Property Damage, Criminal Law, Legal Malpractice and Civil Rights Litigation. Shellie has practiced litigation in both state and federal courts and has extensive experience in appellate practice.

Shellie obtained a Bachelor of General Studies from the University of Kansas and then went on to graduate from the University of St. Louis School of Law. While at the University of St. Louis School of Law, Shellie sat on the Moot Court Board and interned at the Missouri Attorney General’s Office in the Consumer Protection Division.

During her career, Shellie has held the positions of Assistant Missouri Attorney General, Assistant Cass County Prosecutor and Special Clemency Counsel to the Missouri Governor, in addition to her work in private practice.

Shellie is an Adjunct Graduate Professor for Park University and Argosy University teaching courses in Business Law, Ethics and Leadership. Shellie has also worked as a political consultant on local and state political issues.

Shellie is licensed in Missouri and Kansas. She currently sits on the Boards of Kansas City Academy and Sheffield Place and has volunteered with the Kansas City Junior League.

Shellie grew up in St. Louis and currently resides in Kansas City, Missouri, with her husband Larry, their son George.
